Pricing-narrative honesty
- No card needed for Free tier. Free tier is real, not a trial. Use it indefinitely.
- Cancel anytime; no auto-renew lock-in. Pro Annual users can cancel mid-year and ride out the remainder; we don’t convert to monthly.
- Billing status. Pro tier flips to live billing only when production credentials drop. Until then, Pro features remain available to evaluate; no charges processed.

Does Splivo hold my money?
No. Splivo is not a bank or payment processor. We don't custody funds; payments are completed by the provider you choose. Full list of supported payment options: integrations.
Can I cancel Pro?
Anytime, through the same subscription provider used for purchase. No phone calls, no retention dialogs. Canceling lets your Pro features run through the end of the current billing cycle.
Do I need a Splivo account to pay someone?
No. Splivo generates a pay link that opens a lightweight web page. The recipient picks their preferred payment app and sends — no download required.
How is my data stored?
Local-first. Groups, expenses, chat, and receipts live on your device. Cloud sync is opt-in for multi-device use. Receipt OCR runs on-device — we never upload the image. See Privacy Policy.
What if I change my mind on Pro?
Refund options depend on the provider used for purchase. For anything else, email [email protected] and we'll sort it.
